3. Product Safety & Compliance

3.1 All products sold or distributed by BoxxdUp are sourced lawfully and comply with the following regulations:

• The Toy Safety Regulations 2011 (as applicable)

• The Consumer Rights Act 2015

3.2 BoxxdUp does not distribute counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited goods. Designer-style items are clearly marked as “inspired” where applicable.

3.3 All open-box, refurbished, or sample items are identified and described transparently prior to sale.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

7.1 BoxxdUp monitors and investigates all cases of:

• Fraudulent refund or chargeback behaviour

• Stolen or unauthorised payment use

• Customer harassment or abusive activity

• Misuse of platform features or promotions

7.2 Where a breach occurs, BoxxdUp reserves the right to:

• Suspend the customer’s access

• Deny service

• Report unlawful conduct to Action Fraud or other relevant authorities

8. Liability Limitations

8.1 Nothing in this Policy limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter that cannot be legally excluded.

8.2 BoxxdUp shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for claims arising from user preference, personal taste, or non-material dissatisfaction.

This Policy may be amended without prior notice in response to legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The most recent version will be published on our website and supersede previous versions.
